Use these steps to resolve common AsterLane account, funding, and trading issues safely.

Include the app version, time, market, action, displayed error, and any transaction hash or order identifier. Never include a verification code, private key, recovery phrase, access token, or API secret.
Sign-in
Use the newest verification code sent to your email. If it does not arrive, confirm the address, check your connection, and request a new code.
Funding and withdrawals
Confirm the wallet address, asset, and network before transferring funds. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and balances may take time to update after confirmation.
Orders and positions
If an order status is unclear, refresh account data before submitting it again. Prices and margin can change while an order is being processed.
Account deletion
To delete an account, open Profile in AsterLane and choose Delete account. Review balances and positions first and withdraw assets you want to keep because embedded-wallet recovery is not guaranteed.
